princess sofia Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 We have to make a big decision by Monday to move to GC, does anyone live in coomera or pacific pines areas that can give me honest opinions on living here and if the kids go to public local schools, the rentals seem plentiful here and it's close to nerang were oh has been offered job! Personally I wouldn't chose Coomera, I have a pal who hated PAC Pines and moved away, nosey neighbours, have another pal who likes it as she likes the school. nic1171 Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Arundel and Ashmore seem nice, I had a look when I first got here, actually stayed at Ashmore caravan park initially! I settled on Helensvale due to the school for my son. Maybe check out Oxenford and Pimpama too as they're close to M1. I would choose Pac Pines over Coomera. Good luck. knsc Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Hi We live in on Oxenford on the Saltwater estate, nice quite some nice houses around depends what you want, as above would choose Pac pines over Coomera or Upper Coomera. The kids go to Pac Pines Primary and they absolutely love it (they went to a small, church aided primary in the UK). Have you settled well?
