Yashi 10 Posted March 27, 2014 1. My PCC & Medicals expiring next month , do i need to spend money for them again ? Case officer did not asked anything in that email. 2. How long does it take & as my occupation is cook how can i check how many remaining places are filled and how many left ? 3. Does delay email by case officer mean just waiting for quota than just to grant. Thanks for reading Occupation Cook | Onshore | Received invitation to apply on 17/2/2014 for Regional Southern Inland NSW 489 VISA |Visa Applied on 18/2/2014 | Case officer 25/3/3014 & received email related to delay on same day | Visa grant : Waiting
Rupert 1,313 Posted March 27, 2014 Yes you may need to do your medicals again if they expire before you get your visa. Why would they be running out next month if you only lodged your visa application in February?

Guest dugles Posted March 27, 2014 Becoz i already done medicals for other visa. hi Yashi, yes it is very likely that the case officer will direct you to undergo medicals and pcc. However they have the authority to extend it (Medicals) for 3 or 6 months to set the initial entry date, if the like hood outcome be positive. BUt as your PCC is also going to expire so none of the prediction will apply. In this case, must wait or just email or call to case officer to get some advise .
