Carm Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 Hello, I have a 461 visa, my de facto partner is kiwi and is going to the UK for a year or so however I am keen to stay in Aus and we will still be in a relationship. Am I allowed to continue to live/work in Aus once my de facto partner has left Aus? And can I leave and come back to Aus without my de facto partner being in Aus on the 461 visa? From the visa terms, it only says your de facto partner must accompany you on arrival to Australia but doesn't seem to say anything about once you've arrived. Thanks!
