After some time CO replied that due to limited visa places availability you will have to wait longer and DIAC will contact you once places available. im waiting , waiting , waiting....................................dont know we I would be very happy to hear grant news, its difficult to wait longer. Do we have to re-apply or would our applications be considered only if we meet the new eligibility criteria(if any major changes).. Do anyone of you know what was case during March 2013 and July 2013. I remember that few ACS applications(applied in Apr-June) were sent back for review as the rules were changed in July 2013. MDHORNE Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 Hi All, Anyone got any further info to any December 2013 Lodged 190 visa applications (all docs uploaded by 6/2/14 including medicals and PCC and info requested) regarding whether or not they are likely to be granted this Financial Year or from July 2014 onwards , my Migration Agent has heard nothing since the e-mail of mid March which others appear to be receiving who lodged and uploaded everything later than 6.2.14. Please read below and be assured that I will finalise this application as soon as I am able, but be aware that this will probably not occur until after July 1." So, everything is crystal clear for me. My timeline details are somehow cloudy, because I don't know exactly the date when my C/O was allocated. Applied on 6th of December 2013, got the first mail from C/O on 29th of Jan, medicals done in front, on 17th of December, last documents uploaded on 6th of March. The mail was sent by the C/O.
