job prospects for a graduate physio

Hi I'm a 37 year old graduate in Physio and have a 12 year old daughter. Any Physios out there looking for work or got work in Oz that can offer advice or in the same boat. I'm going to need a sponsor though I understand physios are in demand. Not sure if that includes new grads with no experience though. Very few jobs available in UK for grads in the NHS. Any heatlh professionals out there ??
