The last message simply says 28/7 health requirements finalised. Not sure if it has even picked picked up by a CO yet. My MA has no further information. Massively frustrating. pavy Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Hi Pavy, mine went in on 11th July, just got case officer yesterday, you can ask your nomination company to chase for you, but it will be difficult for you until you get a case officer as you won't have a direct email.you can email immigration but you will probably get the standard reply back, but hey give it a go!!!! As you may be aware we currently have a backlog in lodged applications and are assessing applications lodged on the 19 July 2013. At this stage we are currently unable to give you an exact time for allocation. As we are currently inundated with lodgements and priority requests we are currently unable to offer priority on cases lodged. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter and endeavour to clear up the backlog as soon as operationally possible. Thanks Hi Superman, Haven't received much of an update this week, however the DIAC has been in contact with my sponsoring company to gather further information for the nomination to be approved, which I think is positive. I'm not yet sure if I have an allocated case officer yet - will find out next week when I speak to my company again. Apparently all "IT" categories are being heavily scrutinised. I'm in "ICT Project Manager". Next week is week 9. Who else is going through the Melbourne processing office? That's where my app is so wondered if anyone had heard of timescales/average turnaround times? From what I've been reading, this is all information we have: that is being proccessed further.... nothing else, nothing less... dont think that they write to the ma for that... and once it has this status, the ma also cannot do much about it than waiting just like us... My works migration agent applied on 5 September and I have just received approval on 26 September. That's only 3 weeks.
