We were lucky as it ws pretty quiet being term time and a Monday. Guest EllieP94 Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 HI We went to Australia Zoo last August. We loved it there! It's the best zoo i've ever been to!!! We held a Koala bear, hand fed kangaroos, went in the alligater enclosure, watched the crocoseum show, watched the tiger show, saw loads of animals and they were all really looked after well. They take the animals for walks around the zoo and don't keep them locked up all day. They took the 3 elephants on a walk through part of the zoo! It was really good! They also had a memorial for Steve when we went, everyone had signed shirts and hung them up and put out flowers.
