going home Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 (edited) Hi there, Long time lurker, first time poster here. My Wife and I are both from UK and have been here in oz for almost 15 years. We are planning to move back , but that's a story for another day! We own 2 properties freehold in the UK, I have my own business (15 years) here in oz. Using either money earned here or by unlocking equity in UK properties and/or using ££ earned from their rental income, would it be possible to mortgage a third property in the UK? We have no property here in OZ anymore. Any advice from either someone in though know, or someone who has achieved this or something similar would be greatly appreciated.
