Brisbec Posted June 15, 2013 Share Posted June 15, 2013 Hi, I'm moving out to Perth in October, initially staying in Edgewater but after training, I will be moving to the Peel district. How difficult will it be to find a long term rental over the xmas/newyear period. I am hoping that with it being the school holidays and the festive season, that not many people are looking at that time of year or am i wrong? I'll either be in Rockingham or Mandurah, although I like the idea of Mandurah more. Any experiences in rentals for those areas would be very welcome. By the way, my budget is between $300 - 500 p/w.
