Was just wondering can you take house plants over to oz or is it a no no because of the soil , i have some aloe vera plants i dont want to give up on there brilliant for all kinds of things ... karen

Hi Afiyafifi, thats definatley a no no. I have some lovely plants too that i will spread around the family to look after for me. Just dont want to get rid of them.

Ha ha...not sure your plants would survive the shipping trip anyway!

 

Don't despair, I've seen Aloe plants growing wild out here! Perfect for sunburn and you don't even have to pay for it!

Karen, It's sad giving away your house plants, try to find someone who will love and look after them. You can buy Aloe Vera plants at the nurseries/garden centres in Oz, if you can't find any growing wiild(I haven't - it's a South African plant) All the best, Acacia
