He's not been working as a chef for the past 2 years so his food hygiene certificates aren't current. Is it worth him doig a refresher here? Do they accept UK certs or does he hgave to do an Oz one? Will he be required to do any certificates before he can work there and if so can any be done whilst still here. Basically how can my husband get as work ready to hope to get a job asap, he is a citizen so i'm not asking how he gets a visa etc just what he may be required to do to be able to work out there. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
