readstogo
Glad to hear you made it! Yep, that sensation will never be forgotten. I still remember it clearly; 01/12/91 & walking thru the automatic doors at Adelaide airport into a wall of heat!
warren&liz
Hi Ian Welcome to Perth. It is real hot at the moment, you will just have to go to the beach. Don't forget your sunscreen. I know the mozzies are a pain. We try to stay inside around dusk. Put on Aerogard mozzie repellent. Helps a bit. Liz x

Guest Guest26012
We don't get many mid forties in Perth! Never had any in my time in the last five years! It is hot but manageable at the moment, enjoy!
Phoenix16
Welcome to WA and all the best! If I'm right you must be on the peel estuary near Mandurah, it's lovely there and we often plop down the river there on the boat! If you start feeling a little homesick I recommend you pop down to The Clansman for their Sunday carvery whilst you sit outside in the glorious sun admiring the wonderful views and supping ice cold beers, it's a lovely leisurely Sunday afternoon there!!!
