weldaboy46
I strongly recommend that you contact a migration agent or the DIAC and have a look at the visa application form. I did not apply in the end because I was advised that my timescales were not within DIAC limits. Taking proper advice would avoid disappointment in the long run. Good luck. Imran38
Weldaboy46, Thanks for your advise. I did contact a migration agent and she told me that i do fullfill the 3 month criteria based on the compassionate reasons i gave her but at the end, its up to the CO to decide wether those reasons are compassionate enough for me to be able to get a 3 month RRV so i can enter Australia. So did you please on applying on another visa?
weldaboy46
Hi Imran38. Yes I have had to try for an employer sponsored visa instead, however first I have to find a sponsor, which is not proving easy. I have had quite a few employers interested in me, but they wont actually sponsor. RRV is a much less complicated way of getting a visa if you can. Good Luck whatever you decide to do.
