chellywell Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 Just be careful of what you do. Get tested for intolerances before cutting out food groups. You should be ok dropping wheat and sugar but cutting out dairy without getting a supply of calcium can lead to ccomplications including osteoporosis. Good luck with your choice, I'm thinking of the diet factory when I get out to Sydney. I've lost about 30 pounds but need to lose about the same again, you can PM me and I can give you more details.
