Just be careful of what you do. Get tested for intolerances before cutting out food groups. You should be ok dropping wheat and sugar but cutting out dairy without getting a supply of calcium can lead to ccomplications including osteoporosis.

Good luck with your choice, I'm thinking of the diet factory when I get out to Sydney. I've lost about 30 pounds but need to lose about the same again, you can PM me and I can give you more details.
