Harpodom
We have blackbirds, starlings and sparrows, occasionally skylarks here in Geelong PB, its really lovely to hear their song. TBH I really like the warble of the Aussie magpie. The cockatoo squawk is funny, my kids love it. I also like the honey-eaters and blue wrens round here. Unfortunately we never hear any kookaburras here except when we go out bush. The worse one for me is the wattle bird

Petals
We have loads of Blackbirds around and I may like their song but I hate the way they did in my mulch and scatter it all over. We have a lot of young ones and if they are a bit different from the others we give them names. One silly young blackbird was approaching my big white cat the other day thought she would feed it. KB are great and we have a pair that come to visit, the other birds go spare though they are a it like Cuckoos. Love the small bush birds we have a lot of those around. Also the wood ducks who come and settle on the pond from time to time.
