LYNDAMUMFORD
Hello everyone Can anyone advise, whilst we are on a temporary visa we will be buying land but by the time we come to build we will have our permanent visa. So my question is, would we still be entitled to the first time buyers grant when we build or would that be lost as we would have bought the land as temporary residents? thanks

LYNDAMUMFORD
Thankyou so much freckleface,I read this that we may be entitled as it refers to previous residential property and my understanding would be that land wouldn't be counted as you cannot reside on land. I have just signed up with Andrew Williams from the forum,I am sure he will advise me accurately. Thanks heaps for the link, very informative
