Incata
Has anybody got any opinions about these areas? Hubbie is looking at them at the moment as a potential place to live. Thanks
Liloharry
I live in Craigie, we really like the suburb. We live more near whitfords ave/marmion ave side & it is perfect for us, it's quiet, never had any trouble. I don't know what the other side of Craigie is like, I personally just wouldn't live on Camberwarra Dr or Eddystone Ave because the roads are busier. I find the location great, only 20 mins till you see the city & only 25 mins the other way to Yanchep. The houses are older style & being one suburb back from the beach the rent is much cheaper. We also liked Padbury, again a nice suburb, perfect location.
Bob1
Have you got kids and are looking at schools?
Incata
Yes we have two children. One is 3.5 and the other is 2 so schools will be for a years time, but they are important as we would like to initially rent, and then buy, in the same area so that we, and the children can make and keep friends relatively easily rather than settling and moving on again in 6 months time. Liloharry
My daughter goes to craigie heights primary school, she's really happy there & has settled in well. I think it is a good school.
Paul1Perth
Both nice suburbs I reckon. If you buy there don't get too close to Marmion Ave. It's a busy road and the traffic starts early. There are heaps of quite, well looked after houses in those suburbs. Mostly a bit older but on the plus side they have more land than the newer houses. Not very far from a great beach, close to Whitfords for good shopping and cinemas, close to Hillary's, public transport and links to whitfords train station are good, Schools are OK around there with plenty of choice, not far from Joondalup with bus or train an option to get there, Craigie leisure centre very close. I reckon they are suburbs that are going to increase in price too over the next few years.
