The most important is it has to be licensed agent. As they are bounded by the code of conduct. You can read in this links https://www.mara.gov.au/Consumer-Information/default.aspx Not necessary to be consultant in India. As others agent from other countries can assist you. They may cost less if you do some currency change calculation. You can even look for agency in Australia. There are some good agent in Malaysia too.
