We would love to hear from couples / singles and families willing to befriend us (a friendly thoughtful gay couple) who have been together over 11 years and now find ourselves in Sydney with few friends - just some family we are getting to know again. tishde Posted January 1, 2013 Share Posted January 1, 2013 Hi, My hubby hoping to be there end February and myself and the 2 girls will be following once I've finished college in June/July. I am in the process of doing research on suburbs as we need to take schools into consideration as well as we are already taking the oldest out of school here and restarting her there so don't want to be doing too many moves once we land in Sydney. I probably won't be working for the first 3 - 6 months hopefully as I need to get the kids (and myself) climatised. Let me know how the job and home-hunting goes and hopefully we can meet up when I arrive. I really look forward to the sun and sitting outside a cafe/pub having a cuppa and people-watching instead of going to the beach in wellies/coat in summer.
