laurar9838
Hey guys, What are your opinions of nurse recruitment agencies? I havebeen liaising with alliance health. Has any one found work with this firm? Also, has any one found work alone and was this easy? I am a psychiatric nurse with four years experience looking for work in Perth. Any advice would be appreciated  Happy New Year! Laura x
Guest Guest26012
Hi, there is a nurses section on here! It might get good responses if you post this thread in there! Good luck!
ali
I think it depends on what you want .. for me personally, I wanted something permanent, I didn't want to be working with an agency and doing different shifts and different hospitals and not feeling really part of a team (others will like moving around). You get paid a higher rate per shift, but there's no holiday or sickness pay but you have the flexibility I guess to be able to work when you want to. Guest Guest26012
I came over here via a nurse recruitment agency. I sent them my cv and they sent it to different hospitals in Perth. I then got an interview, got the job and then applied for the visa. Is this the kind of agency you mean?
