Bladder Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Hi all, We are just waiting for our case officer to get round to our application, but we hope to move to Brisbane/Sunshine Coast later this year. I was told by someone that if you take copies of your no claims discount on your car insurance over with you, you can continue with a discounted insurance. Is that so? Guest ABCDiamond Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Yes. The majotiry of insurers will allow you your No Claims discount. Some even allow it without any proof. However... If you have a claim, they will then require the proof. It's best to lodge it with them upfront, just in case you can't find the proof when/if it's needed.
