Guest Gollywobbler Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Hi gundog Like Janette, I am not aware of any restrictions or conditions on the visa itself, but I would imagine that the Contract of Employment would be likely to require the employee to stay with the employer for a certain period after the visa is granted.
