VISA GRANT NOTIFICATION RECEIVED JANUARY 4TH AT 3:26PM (BRISBANE TIME).

Wow. This feels amazing!

I lodged November 5th (WA sponsorship as an Accountant) - pcc's submitted November 11th, Medicals received at GH December 3rd.......Visa grant TODAY!!!!whooop! whoop!

We even had a mishap of overstaying a WHV back in 1992 and although we claimed that on our application, there were no additional questions asked.

Wow. we are so grateful for this opportunity - we have longed for this since we first met out in Australia 20 years ago!

HOw on earth am I going to get to sleep tonight?

Mine was lodged on 26 November, A CO is also being allocated,Uploaded all the required Docs, We are a family of 4, others medicals were cleared but mine was not. Mine was referred for further assessment by a specialist. Hopefully everything will be sorted before 25 January. Then another counting game will start.

Thanks Bennyblueboy! We are hoping to head out march/april time. It's year end at work at the moment, so not the best time to hand in my notice - I am just going to ride it out over the next two weeks and then break the news. Trying to determine the right length of notice....

I hope you hear something soon. Have you confirmed that all your medicals are processed etc? Are the organise health links gone from your online status? We pestered our CO twice and glad we did as I think my husbands medical was left aside. I wrote straight to the point emails and she responded promptly and didn't seem annoyed. Fingers crossed for you.......

Hi November folks,

I applied for the 190 visa on the 18th December and front loaded all documents the same day. On the 11th January I heard the first time from my CO, he requested some documents (which were already uploaded). Apparently they had issues with the eVisa system.

I emailed the requested documents straight away to my CO and he acknowledged on the 14th January:

"With respect to health I advise that both health assessments are in progress but unfinalised at this stage. Will continue to monitor situation and will let you know should there be any problems."

I did my medicals at a Panel Doctor in Thailand in November 2012, they were couriered to Global Health Sydney. My partner did her medicals via eHealth on 7th January 2013.

I have not heard anything since then and am a bit worried now.

My agent does not advise to contact the CO. How can I find out if my medicals have been referred? Only through the CO?

Hi Frank,

I guess its better to send an email to the CO via your agent to see if everything is in order including the medicals, just for the sake of peace of mind. Did your CO acknowledge the receipt of the medicals? I have been looking at different posts here over the last few days and noticed that some CO takes time to reply and some of them are quick as well.
