Guest Mrs C Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let of a little bit of steam this morning, so i hope you don't mind!:arghh: My sister came over yesterday, apparently she bumped into my ex's mum, she started moaning at my Sis about us going to Australia. Baring in mind I have not seen or heard from her for over 4 years, I think she has the Cheek Of The Devil:cry:, because she said "don't I get a say in it?" How dare she? My children have only faint memories of her, I don't think they would know her if she passed them in the street. I did try to keep in touch at first but when the phone calls were all one sided and the children didn't get so much as a Birthday card, I thought sod it. Sorry about that rant, but I needed it....lol April
Guest afiyafifi Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Hi April , i dont blame you for being mad , who does she think she is , if she hasnt bothered with the children in 4 years she has no right having ago at you . people like that make me so mad am sending you a big hug . take care . karen
Guest claire&fred Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 I don't blame you either. What a cow. How can she expect to be part of anything when she has had hardly anything to do with your kids for 4 years. She is probably offended because her opinion has not been asked. Sometimes people astound me with their selfish ways. Chin up. Claire
Guest Mrs C Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Hi Karen & Claire, Thanks for that, it's nice to know that I am not just being moany. I did feel like going round her house and letting her know what for BUT we don't even know where she lives. Anyway she isn't worth the hassle.......lol April

Guest Mrs C Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Ahhh Thanks ladies, I know I'm not the first person to be in this situation and i sure won't be the last. Funny how my own family, who we see regularly are being really supportive. Still I expect thats because they love us all and are happy for us no matter what we do. All I can say is that it's her loss not our!!!!!!!!! April p.s Just remembered I saw a Psycic eight years ago and one thing he said to me was "Don't trust your mother in law.. should have paid him double lol
