Guest Beki
Hi Stacey, Thanks for the update, no comment! How's your sister getting on with her new baby? Is she living close to you, do you get to pop in and see them? I hope it's all going well and they are getting some sleep! I found out a couple of weeks ago my sister IL is pregnant, due in April, at this rate we'll still be here to see her new baby too!

Guest spray21
Ian L - I'm in Taunton at the moment, moving down to Exeter once the house is sold. (So some time in 2011 then....) Can anyone tell me how to find out about processing times elsewhere? Specifically Canberra - I know they have received our application but they've just said "it's in the system" which does not fill me with confidence!! seaangel
There is a guy who has had his application processed at Canberra. He submitted it at the end of August, frontloaded meds and Police checks and got his visa granted in 26 days! He's another person transferring to the Oz military. We are still waiting for an acknowledgement of our!
Bod
HELLO I DON'T UNDERSTAND I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL PROCESSING WAS FROM ADELAIDE. AM I LOOKING IN THE WRONG PLACE FOR MY APPLICATION? IS THERE PROCESSING IN OTHER PLACES OTHER THAN ADELAIDE AND CANBERRA.? JOHN
Guest spray21
Seaangel - yay! I might be looking at another three or four weeks then! Marvellous. Thanks for info! John - there are a few different places that process visa applications, depending on the type of visa. I think most people on this thread are in the skilled-visa category, which is apparently Adelaide. Ours in employer-sponsored and went to Canberra. If you go to the DIMIA website there is a list of all the processing centres and an automatic email enquiry facility to get in touch with them. You would need to contact the same office where you sent your application.
