SHandGH
It's probably best that you contact a Migration Agent / Lawyer to assist you with this.
StevieF8
[h=3]Section 109 — Incorrect information[/h]Section 109 is used to cancel temporary and permanent visas where the visa holder has given incorrect information or presented a bogus document in order to obtain a visa. It may only be used where the visa holder is in Australia, although equivalent grounds are provided in s.116 for cancellation where the person is outside Australia (see below). You need to find out what "incorrect or bogus information" you gave to DIAC first
Guest The Pom Queen
You need to contact an agent ASAP. The 109 as far as I'm aware means you submitted incorrect information or a false document on your visa application
Joebloggs
If you fail the Fraud PIC (Fraud Public Interest Criterion) I think it carries a 3 year ban. What is the purpose of the Fraud PIC? The introduction of the Fraud PIC is aimed to minimise the level of fraud present in visa applications by providing a strong disincentive to those considering submitting false or misleading information in relation to an application (including review). The Fraud PIC will additionally strengthen the department’s ability to refuse applications where applicants have provided any false or misleading information. StevieF8
Well now you have identified the "incorrect or bogus information" you gave to DIAC you should, as advised above, get in touch with a Registered Migration Agent Probably not a good idea to just apply for a new visa, they may revise their decision on this visa, when you present the information to them Find an Agent here: https://www.mara.gov.au/ Click ‘Find Agent’ On ‘Business Location’ change it to Country Type where you are Click ‘Search’
