Guest tashy2012
Hey guys, I'm new to this site and not sure if this questions has been asked already (sorry) Myself and partner are just at the beginning of starting our visa application for oz and have been dealing with visa first, they seem ok and are really friendly but sometimes they sound as if they don't know what they are talking about and i always get someone different on the phone which is very frustrating. Has anyone used them before? if so are they any good? If anyone could recommend any other agents it would be much appreciated. Thnaks in advance guys

noworriesmate
Hey Tashy, Welcome to the forum, There are a number of registered migration agents who frequent this site and have good reputations. We used Alan Collett of Go Matilda who was superb and can recommend him wholeheartedly. I'm sure others will be along soon to give you a few names and maybe give you information about the company you mention. All the best NWM

travelchic
Hi there. I am using immigration2oz.com. They are based down south but often travel round the UK for interviews/meetings. I had an interview with them after attending an immigration exhibition. They will only help you if they are sure you're visa will be accepted. And they reply to e-mails promptly. My agent is called john Adams. If you want to know what my charges are just send me a private message. Just so you know i had 2 other companies calling me all the time asking me for money up front. They were slightly cheaper than the agent i am with but they didn't offer me any time to discuss things and make sure i was doing the right thing and applying for the right visa. Immigration2oz.com helped me loads. Hope this helps. Deb.

lebourvellec
When using a migration agent - make sure that the person dealing with your case is registered with MARA. https://www.mara.gov.au/agent/ARSearch.aspx?FolderID=
lebourvellec
Find one that offers a no win, no fee deal then you know they are professional! This is a ridiculous comment! No reputable agent will give you a no visa no fee deal, as visas can be turned down for all kinds of reasons. No RMA would take on a case if they did not think you would be able to get a visa. brightonbee
Information comes from a reliable source and I have no reason to doubt this person's veracity. Guy's partner is South East Asian and said that her friends have successfully gained visas. No reputable agent will give you a no visa no fee deal, as visas can be turned down for all kinds of reasons. No RMA would take on a case if they did not think you would be able to get a visa. Guy's partner is South East Asian and said that her friends have successfully gained visas. So you heard this from a friend of a friend..... What kind of visas? When choosing an agent they should be MARA registered - if they are not you have no comeback when they mess up your application, or when they provide incorrect information and the visas are cancelled due to ministerial directions. calNgary
When we used Visa Bureau , they offered a no win, no fee system. It was a few years ago so not sure if they still do ,but they are registered reputable agents who have helped alot of our members. SGHJLL
Go Matilda. Without a doubt. First class service and you feel very well looked after. The same person will deal with you - giving you the personal touch and continuity you need for a swift and smooth process. They answer any questions within minutes whenever I have sent emails - very reassuring. Good price too I thought. Best of luck with your venture. Guest tashy2012
This has been a great help thank you all so much i love thsi forum. I have been in touch with majority of the agencys you guys recomended but have a small dilema.............. My patner is a fully qualified electrician and initially we were going to go for the skilled migrant visa but got told it could take up to 2 years or more. He has got a job offer from a previous employer he worked for while over in Australia on a farm, The work is in a regional area and he has been offered at least 2 years electrical and regional work so the visa we would like to apply for is The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa (subclass 187)http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/index/visas/subclass-187/ under the labour agreement, this is only meant to take between 5-8 months which is great as his employer wants him over asap and we want to get there as quickl as posible too. The problem is alotof the agency's don't really deal with this type of visa as its quiet uncommon. Visa Burea were completly honest and advised us to look into agents who have more experience with this visa. Global Visa were telling me they have never heard of it!! Go Matila were really helpful and friendly and sarah white who is based in Autralia emailed us, i replied on tuesday night and haven't heard anything back yet i'm just abit worried that if i go with them it may take longer than expected becuse of the time diffeence which is a shame as they have great reviews. Does anyone know any agents that specialise in this visa or has anyone applied for the same sort of visa. Sorry to have rambled on we are just really anxious to get the ball rolling and start the process. Any Information would be a great help Thanks Tash
