Statutory Declaration

Srini

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm currently preparing my Statutory Declaration per appendix 'C' as my HR department refused to acknowledge my evidence of employment per the Appendix 'B' and stated neither i can have this done with my reporting manager. I understand that the concept of a statutory declaration only applies if it is made in Australia. Otherwise, it is just a witnessed statement*.

I would be able have the reference written by one of my ex colleague who is not with my current organisation and i plan to have this signend by a public notary who is certifying all my docs.

Please advise whether my understanding & approach is correct.

Appreciate your time & help...

Cheers

you can make a stat dec in the UK. you just have to use the correct wording and get it signed at you nearest solicitors.

Detail is the key..... Explain in detail what you did and when you did it.

something along the lines of this,

I,full name, of address , job title, solemnly and sincerely declare that the information supplied in this application is true.

I make this solemn declaration believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835

Signed:

Declared at:

On this [Day] Day of [Month/Year]

Before me,

[Solicitor signature]
