Consult clients accurately establishing requirements. Cut hair using scissors, clippers or razors. Provide services such as bleaching, tinting (semi or permanent) perming and straightening. Style hair by blow-drying, setting and hair ups. Their role includes walking clients, cleaning, training apprentices, taking appointments, answering phone enquiries. key outcomes responsible for: - Productivity via Dollar Average with a target of $70 - High Desk Average with a target of $75 achieved by targeting a colour average of 70% - Treatments sold to 20% of clients - Re-booking with a target of 70% and Client Retention with a target of 90% - Up selling and recommending Retail with a target average of $10 per client Key tasks responsible for - Cutting men’s, Ladies and children - Style including blow-drying setting and hair ups - Colour permanent and temporary including bleaching via re-growth, foiling, streaking or full colour - straighten and permanently wave Competently use computer and short cuts salon program Visa: 457 Email CV's to victoria@thamesmigration.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
