DR Moving to Oz
Can you get Guinness in Oz? And more to the point is it any good? And how much is it?
Guest scrumpy
Guiness is alive and kicking in Oz, about $9.00 for something about the same as a pint . Tasted good to me, but as always the more you have the better it is. Its not in every bar, but trust me you can find it. You may have to drink alot of larger before you find it as rude to just pop into a pub to have a look!!!!

JoandJon
Jon says that the guiness in oz is rubbish - but there are some local ales and porters etc that are totally yummo. I, of course, disagree vehemently (mostly for the fun of it) and declare that all beer and beer type products are revolting and should be banned! DR Moving to Oz
But what else is there on a cold winter's night apart from being snuggled up in front of an open fire with an ice cold Guinness watching football on a large screen tv. Paul B
Its here but not quite the same, tastes like when you get it in cans in the UK. Plenty of English real ales and some good local ones too.

Try a Bundaberg Rum and coke ........far superior on a cold winter's night than that Irish crap
