lebourvellec Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 It means that your employer will sponsor you for a visa. The employer needs to be a business sponsor, they nominate the position then sponsor you , and any secondary applicants. It will likely be a 457 visa, which is only Temporary resident, if you leave or lose your job you have 28 days to find a new sponsor or leave Australia. Depending on the type of work you will be doing you may need a medical, and you will need Health Insurance cover for the visa process. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But your employer will usually pay for it - you will need to provide all your training certificates etc or you may have to do a skills assessment.
