  • 1 spring onion, green end only, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground allspice (pimento)
  • 2.5cm/1 inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

It's processed food so as long as you declare it, it shouldn't be a problem

How about coffee pods for the coffee machine? Are you allowed those?

I've seen Reggae Reggae sauce in Coles or Woolies but think it was the table sauce, will report back if I see different! I do miss some of the Discovery sauces, especially Cajun, but there are loads of different ones to try here :o)

I know it's more effort but definitely try making your own sauces, after making curries with fresh veg, curry paste and tinned tommies I can't face the jar sauces any more!
