Is anybody else struggling to sleep waiting for the morning to check the emails for updates?

:arghh:

You have just described me. I'm also a Dr moving to Oz and have developed early morning waking (not to mention middle of the night waking). I've also developed a paranoid condition and recurrent nightmare that makes me think that various bureaucratic bodies (AMC, AHPRA, RACP etc etc) keep requesting forms and certificates that I'm sure I've already sent in triplicate, whilst emptying my bank account. But I know this can only be a dream...dribble...dribble:confused:

It doesn't get any better. I currently have sleep deprivation from 3 weeks of Tour de France and now limbering up for the Olympics. Fortunately I wasn't bothered about the football and missed Euro 2012, so at least it's a biathlon rather than a triathlon. Hopefully England will fall over against SA (and it's not often you'll hear me say that!) so I won't find myself also forced to watch test cricket all month in the middle of the night
