Hi All,

 

Its been a very long time since i have been on here....long and short of it after 4 yrs we got our pr last year. We aremaking the move Feb next year having just sold our house in the UK.

We have a 5yr old son will be 6 in Dec and i would appreciate some opinions on schools around the area we are wanting to live.. Belmont. I'm aware of 4 schools, Belmont, Oberon south, Oberon & Roslyn.

Any body out there in that area and give me some guidance on these schools, other possibilities, general help really! Such a big thing and i want it to go smoothly for him most of all. x

I am afraid I can't help with the specific schools that you would like info about myself (I am in NSW), but if you take a look at this website http://www.myschool.edu.au/ you should at least be able to find some information out about the schools until someone else can give more specific info.

 

Good luck with it! We have a six year old (and a four year old) and have been most impressed with the school that she goes to so far.

Mumoffour...love Torquay we were there at xmas. how are you finding it? more expensive than thought? did you pick somewhere to rent prior to move? did husband have job set up too? sorry for questions i feel like all systems go now all v daunting!!!!
