Guest shaunaforoz
Would love to work for them. Wanted to get an idea what they are like to work for and what the best route into the company would be. Some say it is by going direct to their HR others say it is through recruitment companies, just wondered if anybody had any experience with them. I had an interview with them for a position a few weeks ago and I thought I had done really well in the interview but I didnt get the job. I would love to know why I didnt get it, if anything to give me an idea on what I need to work on, but according to the recruitment company, even though they gave me great feedback, they dont as a comapny tell people why they were not successful. I suppose I am just thinking if i knew what I did wrong, or what I was marked down on I could work on that for any future positions. Not knowing I dont want to possibly get another interview to make the same mistakes, especially if it is something that I could essentially modify. My reason for asking if anybody works for them is to see what the company culture is like, maybe the reason for me not being successful was to do with cultural fit, maybe not but I suppose the more you know about a company the greater chance you have of being successful ) It would also be handy to know if they tend to use external recruitment companies for all of their positions or if they do any of their recruitment using their internal HR. If they do use external recruitment companies how would you go about finding out which ones? A lot of questions and I have already googled them to death (maybe I should have said bing'd them) but it is hard to get this sort of information. There are lots of articles and videos on what it is like to work for them, about what to do in interviews, etc but not many on how to get a job with them that is not a direct IT job.
