I haven't had that happen here at all, you should try going to Hong Kong, it drove me insane, not one of them knows what a queue is.

Another gross generalisation. ..............never had an aussie push in front of me in 17yrs. Where exactly PB, did they push in front of you and why are you so concerned, now that you can park yer bum in those nice little friendly queues in Stratford upon heaven?

Ah Hong Kong Kate, where 'Personal' space hasn't been invented yet.

I lost count of the peeps who thought that one inch away was enough room, while they 'cleared' their throat.

They weren't trying to get to the front first were they PB as visa's OUT of Perth were limited.

Why?..............

Maybe its because they are not sociable as us Brits and therefore dont have the same boundaries as us, making them very rude and unfriendly . . .therefore they dont realise how polite it is to wait in line . . . . . .

A gross generalisation if ever I heard one! That is like stating all Brits are p***heads that spend all day in the pub and start fights.

Dont worry, youll get used to these kind of statements . . . they are posted too brighten up our day

I tell you what, queing in Chamonix nearly killed me. Peoplewere all trying to jump on the bus back to town from the skii field. Husband was pushing double buggy with daughter at back and I was holding babe in arms. People had skiis, were knackered from a day on the snow and had no manners. I started getting cross hen people were pushing ahead of husabd with buggy, but what really took the cake was when on the bus I went to slide on a seat with a tiny baby and a woman snuck in ahead of me..... left me standing with a new baby!!!!!!!!

Oh and then later there was a proper fight with lads with skiis at the back of the bus......mind you I am not blaming those Frenchies, LOL, bus was full of foreigners!!!

I have thought that Australians seem to be sticklers for queuing up. You should see the bus queues in rush hour in Sydney CBD, it could be bedlam but the queuing system is carefuly observed by all.

I wouldn't say sticklers, I would say ANAL, I have a photo somewhere of a place on North Shore, practically uniform healthy double line with about 10 inches between people!!!!!

Perth, My OH, likes to slag Aussies(...and English, and anyone other than Jockos) off. He thinks your wrong, however, he thinks we are uncivilised on the trains by not allowing passengers off the train before entering the carriage.

Alright trollboy,

anyway when we were there we never had one incident of aussie's pushing in and we went all over the place and into an awful lot of shops.
