Tracking your shipment

does anyone know if your shipment can be tracked?

The shipper can give you the container code and the shipping line and you can track it on-line like a parcel. Although having said that ours became incomunicado somewhere in the Indian Ocean and we couldn't track it again but it arrived safely in the end!

Our shipper gave us a tracking number, the OH tracked it more or less all the way, it arrived early which was good, we got our stuff a little over a week after it arriving.

 

Will you be using a shipping agent when it arrives in OZ or doing it yourself, we used an agent and even though it was expensive, and we moaned at the price initially afterwards we were glad we did it that way, it took a lot of the hassle away, they dealt with customs and paid the fees (after we had paid them of course) I think we paid then $2700 in total for a 30 cubic metre container
