Guest peterm2
Sure - go to http://www.immi.gov.au, read through everything, fill out all forms, pay everything and you are done!
lebourvellec
Sure - go to www.immi.gov.au, read through everything, fill out all forms, pay everything and you are done! Not Exactly.... You need an occupation on SOL 1 to be able to apply for 189. Then you will require to get a positive skills assessment - IELTS, and be able to pass the points test. Then you can lodge your EOI and hope to be invited to apply. Run your case past a Registered Migration Agent to make sure you are eligible. FOL
If you want to immigrate and you don't want to use an agent, you have to do more research than this or you are going to have a hell of a time. Anyway, an EOI is an Expression Of Interest. You first have to express your interest to te department of immigration before they can invite you to apply for a 189 visum.
