sent my passport off.....

Hi,

I recently applied for a de facto spouse visa in London (we frontloaded the medicals and policechecks) - and had a very quick reply requesting that I send my passport in - less than a week. However it didn't say I had the visa - has this happened to anyone else? Should I presume it's all in the bag or not? any advice would be welcome.....

Hiya

I have no experience with de-facto visas ,but if they have asked for your passport i presume you've got it as this is normally what happens, they then return it with your visa inside ,hope someone else can confirm this,,

Take Care

If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place...

If you get a chance, take it, If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy they just said it would be worth it...
