Guest paul_s
Hi, I recently applied for a de facto spouse visa in London (we frontloaded the medicals and policechecks) - and had a very quick reply requesting that I send my passport in - less than a week. However it didn't say I had the visa - has this happened to anyone else? Should I presume it's all in the bag or not? any advice would be welcome..... calNgary
Hiya I have no experience with de-facto visas ,but if they have asked for your passport i presume you've got it as this is normally what happens, they then return it with your visa inside ,hope someone else can confirm this,, Take Care Cal x
