Guest mandy&Jem Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Hi June, Merry christmas to you and your family.....This Christmas is a difficult one for us as it will be our last christmas together.....So sad! but we will enjoy it and have a great time, hopefully tears later in jan when we go...... -x-
KazzE Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Merry Christmas I have very mixed feelings about this Christmas It would have been great if we had got our visas earlier in the year and sold the house etc we would be in Oz with my Sis, her family and my Dad. But being here means the kids get to have a great Christmas with thier friends. It also means that visits to family and friends are going to be very emotional as it will probably be the last time we see some of them due to the distance. We will be travelling to Liverpool over the Christmas break to see some of hubbies family. The roller coaster ride continues...................................................
Guest mandy1 Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Hi I know what you mean about Christmas. We are in the middle of selling the house and I didn't know if we'd still be in this house at Christmas and whether we ought to even put up the Crimbo tree. As it is though we are so we have! Christmas doesn't seem quite so important when you think that you will be emigrating at the end of Jan/beginnning of Feb. We are trying to make it good for the kids though but its hard to muster up my usual enthusiasm. Have a good one though! Mandy x
