Just wondering if any one has been or any on heard anything about these areas, they seem to be closer to the city but cheeper house prices.

I havnt been on much a bit down hearted, still trying to get references together:arghh:, now with christmas its come to yet another stand still, still never mind we will get there in the end.

Any info would be great.

Thanks and i hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.

Seaford is growing - it gets quite busy now. My uncle works there and says it isn't too bad. Carrum is nice, like the UK there are a few streets that aren't as desirable as others but housing in Carrum is a bit cheaper than other areas. Beach side is pricey though. At the moment you can buy a house and land package from some builders for a 3 bed house at around $220 000 but this is not beach side! OH knows someone at work who has just bought a property there in this way - it is somewhere we'd consider if when we come to buy we can't afford Mornington!
