Agent Off Sick

Hello Everyone,

 

My Hubbie Richard has just phoned our agent to see what progress has been made, and she is off sick. The girl he spoke with has said that our Visa e-mail could be sitting there on her computer BUT no-one can access it. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :realmad:so frustrating.

I could have a visa and not know. The good thing is that they reckon no news is good news, the C.O hasn't asked for any additional info so it seems like thay have all they need. If they needed anything else they would have asked before now.

 

I will keep you all posted.

I think we may have the same CO, cos we have heard nothing either, getting so worried that I hope its because she is off sick, and not because we've been declined. The waiting is terrible, I totally understand how you must be feeling right now!!!

I do not believe this excuse. Somebody in the outfit has Administrator rights to the system and can get into all of the data on all of the individual machines.

 

The girl you spoke with may have no way of accessing her colleague's e-mails without knowing the sick colleague's user-name & password, but the Administrator can reset both, thus solving the problem.

 

I'd get onto them again and speak with the boss if I were in your shoes.

I would ask to speak to her manager, if she has one, if it is not a one man band there must be somebody who can access her computer.

 

At least once you know your visa grant letter is not sat on her computer you can relax a little and enjoy Christmas

Hi All,

 

Thank you for the words of support and for the advise. The girl Richard spoke with did say that if our Agent is not back at work today, she will ask the manager to access the computer for us. So you guy's are correct, someone can get into the system.

 

I thinks it is more frustration that anything else, with this type of thing. The waiting is a killer!
