Guest monty Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Just a quick post to let you know that my 3 cavaliers Alfie, Poppy and Monty have completed there 30 day sentence at spotswood and were released yesterday. All three are as fit as butchers dogs and are their usual happy smiley waggy tailed selves. We are off to the beach this evening for a paddle, would go now but their all lying on the floor in a big fluffy snoring heap. I'm SO HAPPY to have them back with me. Montyx
KazzE Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 AWWWWW news, enjoy your paddle later:wubclub:
Guest wardy Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Fantastic news hope they love their new life down under
Guest klangton Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Hi Monty, So glad your doggies are able to be back with their family again. We have a cavalier who is coming out with us in January. We are a little bit worried how he will cope as he is 10 now. Mind you, he will be fine if there is food around!!!!! It is lovely that you have taken all three with you. I love cavaliers and have always had them. We lost our little girl Jenny in the summer but I really dont think she would have made the journey and quarantine as she was very poorly. HAve her ashes in a lovely casket to bring with us though. Hope customs are not silly over them as it is important to me that she comes. Did your 3 cope with the 30 days in quarantine okay. Jasper, our dog, has to go to Sydney for his spell in "solitary" and we are in Brisbane so wont be able to visit. Hope you have a great time showing them all the sights and smells of their new home. Byee for now Karen xx

Guest Mrs Braveheart Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Hi Monty Glad to hear they made it safe & well. Did they enjoy their paddle? Janette
Guest monty Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Thanks guys for your warm wishes. Well we went to the beach and they had a lovely paddle and met some local dog owners. Poor Alfie got mounted by a beagle/cross cocker spaniel which was quite alarming for him!!!! first time on an ozzie beach and all. (Could've been worse it could've been a kangaroo!!! Lots of love, laughter, tears of joy and relief and wagging tails. A dream that I'd played over and over in my mind whilst waiting for that visa back in blighty and here we are living the dream. Sheer joy. Montyx

Sending you much love A xxx Thanks Alliekate, they're getting lots of cuddles and trips to the beach every evening for a paddle to cool down before bed. Not long until You're cuddling Sophie.
