What does this mean?

I contacted the Australian High Commission to try and establish if our medicals had been received by LCU and I just received the reply below ... but what does 'uploaded onto Department client database' mean'??:err:

The medical results for you and your family were safely uploaded onto the Department client database on 20/11/2007.

Someone else posted something similar to this a few weeks back and the lovely Gill was able to explain in a lot of detail what this means. I would love to be able to remember what she said but brain is not computing yet.

 

It's looking good for you and yours now though, hopefully it won't be too long before you get to post that wonderful thread for yourself - the one declaring you got your visas.
