Dog agility in Albury Wodonga area

Hello, I've just moved to Wodonga from the UK and I'm looking for an agility class to take my Pointer to. I can only find obedience classes - does anyone know of any agility classes/groups in the Albury Wodonga area?

    What's Wodonga like?

Hi I've just seen a job I could apply for in Wadonga. It looks as if it is a long way from anywhere. My main concern is my OH most opportunities for him would be around the Melbourne area. I can see that it is about 250km distance, can anyone tell me what sort of time it would take to drive that. I was wondering if it might be possible for us to live half way between or something. Although reaalise already even as I ask that that probably is not very practical. Thanks VickyMel

Thinking of new life in Wodonga

We are a family of 4 (2 boys 12 & 4) we are only in the process of doing the skilled migrant assesment all details sent of with a thousand photocopies of everything possibly needed. Well while we are waiting to hear if it is possible for my hubby to apply for work (175) i have been looking at areas of interest. My hubby is a painter and decorator and has had his own company here in ireland for last 5 years previously before that he had his own company in england for 2 years( we are a english family living in ireland) now Wodonga has looked nice plus we have friends that live in Albury so that has kind of drawn us nearer to them but is it visable i received an email from the Wodonga visa dept and they are sending me information on their town but does anyone think i would be better sticking to Melbourne or even NSW. i know this is going to go on for a very long time esp with the economy the way it is but i want to make sure i am making the best decision for my kids as well. This has been my husbands dream for the last 10 years and as he is turning 40 in July the midlife crisis has already started. If anyone could advise me of their own experiences about moving to Wodonga or neighbouring parts i would be grateful. Thanks Caroline :jiggy:
  6. Hi I have been contacted by a company who is looking to sponcer a experianced chef . They have a reputable employer in Albury Wodonga (situated on the border between NSW and Victoria) who is looking for a well qualified and experienced chef to work in a medium size business making different cuisines with a touch of Mediterranean flavours.( they obtained my details from the Department of Immigration registered database ) so it dose work!! This isn't the area that I want to move to but if anybody else feels they might fit the bill maybe I could pass on the details.
