    Split name on VEVO

    Hi , My mother does not carry family name / Surname on her passport e.g. Given name XXX YYY . Surname ( blank) We applied and received visitor visa (600) but VEVO has split her name as Given Name XXX Family Name YYY Will that be an issue on arrival in Australia or at departure in India with immigration ?
  3. New #6 Hi Our daughters passport has been changed as it was coming up to 5 years old and there was not 6 months left on it for when we go on our validation trip this July. I have updated our IMMI account with the new Passport number and it seemed to be fine with a message saying thank you. But the VEVO account in her name still has her OLD Passport number showing on her grant letter. Will we be okay at the airport? We'll bring both passports I think, just encase there is a query, but really would prefer to see her updated passport number on VEVO. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks Sarah

    Need VEVO System Visa Check Help

    Hello Friend I am very much confuse about Australian visa VEVO system check. Because I am got a visa and I am checking it VEVO system but problem is that when I am check it there need e extra X before my Passport number. This is confusing for me. Lest I am clear it my passport number suppose C197xxxx but when I am check my visa then there need one extra X before my passport number like XC197xxxx. If I am put this extra X before my passport number then everything will all right and show my name and my visa grant all information but why this extra X need before my passport number..!!! Please anyone help me for understand the issue it is really a big problem for me. So, if anyone know about this mater pls clear if for me. I am badly need your help.
  5. Dear All I would just like to thank everyone for their help and advice re my offshore Second Stage Partner visa. SUCCESS!!!!!! I am now the proud owner of a PR Subclass BC100 Permanent Resident visa...yes little ol me...yeehaa! I posted paperwork to Brisbane on 8th March (approx). I telephoned Immigration yesterday (approx 45 minute wait) to check if they had actually received my paperwork as I hadn't received the acknowledgement letter back, only to get through to a lovely guy. He asked if I was near a computer and could I go online whilst he waited. So I did and logged into my VEVO account and nearly fell of the office chair. OH MY GOD!! I got it and not only had I got it, it was granted on 9 April 2013, so about a month from posting.     Hi We have been told to use vevo to check the info of our granted visa subclass 100,can this only be checked in australia or can it be checked in the uk thanks:biggrin:
  7. Hi Want to check on VEVO just to be sure as our visa was granted BUT as we applied paper based (no choice for a 163) we do not have a TRN or a password. The only thing we have is a file number which doesn't work. Is VEVO only available to on line applicants? Or can I create a password somehow? Only phone numbers given for contact not an e-mail and don't fancy holding forever to call Oz.
