    Pharmacy Technicians ??

Hi all Just a quick couple of questions. My partner is a qualified Pharmacy Technician and has also completed the Accuracy Checking Technician course. Does Pharmacy Technician feature anywhere in Australias Skilled Occupations list as I can't find it anywhere ? It seems to be listed in Canada, New Zealand and the UK as an in demand skill but not in Oz. Maybe i'm just not looking in the right place or does Oz not consider pharmacy technicans as enough of a skill. Also if it is featured anywhere would it be worth having a skills assessment for the second applicant. I will be applying as the main applicant as a Registered Nurse ?

  11. The company I work for are looking for more security techs in ACT, Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth & Sydney. They are a large International employer, the core business is BMS, access control & CCTV. I've worked for them for 14 months & I'm happy, they help with all the dreaded licenses etc. I believe they will even sponsor the right applicants, if you want to know more just drop me a line... I need to make something clear: Electronic security installation/maintenance is a licensed trade that requires the same level of qualifications as an electrician, if you don't possess the appropriate qualifications and experience then I can't help you. Australia is a qualification driven country, if you don't have them, they won't license you and we can't use you...
