Is it quite normal to be like this? I was expecting everything to be manic. We have been trying to sell our house for 2 years and now have decided to have it up for rent as well and see what happens - flying in October and everything else is booked or organised. Over this time we have slowly been sorting out our stuff and really we are down to what I think is the bare minimum so that we can still live normally. Hubby is home tomorrow for 4 weeks (works abroad) and is putting in a new kitchen to see if that helps with sale/rent of house and we still have 1 room to paint and freshen up. The plan is to then go through each room and have 3 piles - suitcase, shipping, dump!!! Seems quite straight forward. I know it is a BIG move but we are all still really calm about it all and thats is a bit worrying lol When, if ever, does the "storm" begin? Mandy

OMG!! Anyone else kept awake last night with the thunder & lightening?? Ended up with daughter & dog in the bed beside us - hardly got a wink of sleep - though not sure if it was because of the fantastic light display, the noise of the thunder, the noise of the rain on the metal roof or the noise of hubby snoring (he of course slept right through!):arghh:
