Is anyone else having problems accessing the website? I know there were problems earlier this week but I've been trying for hours and can't get on tonight :confused: I'm also trying to email our CO and not too sure if thats getting through either. We deal with the Perth COE. Can anyone shed any light please? Please?

Since the hosting company that PIO use have recently moved their datacentre there have been quite a few intermittent problems, these may continue for a few more days. It isn't just PIO that is affected but all of the Sydney datacentre. I understand how frustrating this is, and unfortnately there is nothing we can do at this end. I would like to thank you all for your patience and let's hope things get back to normal soon.

Hi all, Yet again the server went kaaaput last night for about 8hrs. :arghh: Its becoming a bit of a joke but I hope to resolve it soon. Cheers Tim

Hi Guys - Just had ANOTHER serious server outage for the best part of two hours and crap support from the hosting company. I.e. non existent. Apologies to all for this. Tim

Hi All, the new server has been updated today, however, it would appear that all posts since about lunch time today have dissapeared into the ethernet of the internet because of the transfer - I apologise in advance! Tim

Hi All, After the feedback I have been receiving over the last few days, the time has come to upgrade the PiO server to speed things up again. The timescales for this to happen will be the over the next week or so and "should" be relatively painless with minimal downtime. Therefore if the site is down for 10minutes here or there - not to worry! Thanks again for the replies previously. Tim
