  1. What do you think....Poll runs until there is a sacking/resignation</SPAN>
  2. Thats the headline breaking news, Sharon Shoesmith has won her appeal over her sacking by Ed Balls over her being in overall charge when baby P was tortured and murdered and he was let down time and time again and it begs the question, should anyone ever be made responsible for being incompetent in a childs death and be sacked for their incompetence. Fair enough their workload was immense, but the catalogue of basic errors in my mind, means they should be sacked. She is now due a massive compensation pay out which i find disgusting.

    sacking someone

Is there a nice way to sack someone? I've just started a job as a manager and quickly realised one of my team is not up to the job. He's a contractor earning big money and I now know he's been holding out on showing me his work because its a bag of crap! he also looks like the scrarecrow out of the wizard of Oz so I feel a bit sorry for him but there's no way I can carry him and let him carry on producing rubbish for £28/hr!!!

    Sacking agent

Can I sack my agent? :policeman: We registered with an agent way back in 2006 and are still no closer to getting to Australia, or knowing what's happening. We're unfortunately caught up in the TRA Pathway D fiasco so every since Setpember 2007 absolutely nowt has happned and I know that's not their fault. But honest to god, they are rubbish. :arghh: although if they got off their arses and sorted our application it could of been done before septmeber! They never never contact us with updates. Aside from complete being static since Setpember which aint their fualt, I'm peed off that they seemed to have sat on our forms for over a year before then. We've paid em about £500 I think but I honestly can't see what we got for our money. :wideeyed: As far as i'm aware we've not even got our foot on the bottom rung of the ladder. have I got a case for getting my money back and going with another agent or just gonig it alone? Are they obliged to tell me what work theyve done to justify the money I've given them? Advice from anyone whose sacked their agent will be gratefully received  Smurfy
